Explore our engineering excellence across multiple categories, designed to meet rigorous international performance certifications.
How our engineering advancements translate into tangible profitability and brand trust for importers worldwide.
We leverage automated high-pressure zinc die-casting machinery to guarantee structural density, preventing internal air pockets and ensuring zero leakage.
Utilizing high-purity Zamak alloys paired with internal lead-free brass or food-grade polymers, our faucets meet stringent US and European health regulations.
Zinc alloy offers superior design versatility and raw-material savings over brass, yielding up to 35% reduction in landed costs without sacrificing durability.
The global sanitary ware market is undergoing a structural transition. Driven by macro-economic changes, stricter lead-free regulations, and volatile base metal pricing, global commercial buyers are actively seeking alternatives to traditional all-brass faucets. As a premier ODM zinc kitchen faucet exporter, Fujian Unik Industrial Co., Ltd. sits at the intersection of material science innovation and manufacturing scale, providing global importers with high-performance faucets that meet international standards.
Historically, zinc alloy (primarily Zamak series, such as Zamak 3 and Zamak 5) was reserved for decorative components like handles and trim plates. However, breakthroughs in high-pressure die-casting and metallurgical surface treatments have enabled zinc alloy to be utilized for high-load pressure-bearing faucet bodies.
Zamak 3 is the industry standard for zinc die-casting, offering an exceptional combination of strength, ductility, and dimensional stability. Its low melting point (approx. 380°C to 390°C) means it requires significantly less energy during die-casting than brass (which melts above 900°C). This translates not only to a lower carbon footprint but also to extended mold lifespans, reducing tooling costs that are typically passed along to the importer.
To prevent internal galvanic corrosion when in contact with water, modern ODM designs feature a modular structure: the zinc alloy exterior body provides structural integrity and weight, while the internal waterway is lined with high-purity, lead-free brass (DZR brass) or medical-grade polymer sleeves (PEX/PPR). This dual-material design provides the ultimate combination of water safety, mechanical strength, and cost optimization.
Because zinc is a chemically active metal, surface coating is the most critical factor in determining the life cycle of a zinc kitchen faucet. As a professional exporter, our manufacturing plants employ automated plating lines that apply a multi-barrier protection system:
All production lots undergo rigorous Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) testing for up to 240 hours (meeting ASS/NSS Class 9 or 10 requirements), ensuring long-term resilience against acid detergents and humid kitchen microclimates globally.
Fujian Unik Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in Nan’an City, Fujian Province, renowned worldwide as the "Hometown of Water Heating in China". The localization of this industry cluster brings unprecedented logistics, supply chain, and technological advantages to international buyers.
Within a 20-mile radius, we have access to high-purity raw metal refineries, design houses, tooling mold manufacturers, electroplating centers, and test labs. This high supply chain density minimizes transport overhead and allows us to go from design concept to functional prototype within 21 days. Furthermore, our integrated operations—spanning both our dedicated faucet production lines and our proprietary PTFE thread seal tape factory—ensure that every component required for a leak-proof installation is engineered under a unified Quality Management System (QMS).

Zinc alloy faucets present an outstanding economic advantage, lowering initial production costs by up to 35% compared to solid brass. From a manufacturing perspective, the lower melting point of zinc alloy significantly extends mold and casting machinery lifespan, translating to lower unit amortization costs. In terms of durability, when paired with premium food-grade inner waterways (DZR brass, copper, or PEX), the exterior zinc structure never contacts water, preventing galvanic and internal pitting corrosion while offering high impact resistance and weight comparable to premium brass.
Water health and consumer safety are paramount. We address lead-free compliance using a "separated-fluid pathway" architecture. The external shell is made of robust die-cast Zamak 5, while the internal water channels are constructed from certified NSF-61 lead-free copper, CW617N brass, or food-grade polymeric composites (PEX/Silicon). This prevents heavy-metal leaching and ensures our ODM products comply with EN817 (Europe), NSF/ANSI 61, and AB1953 (US Lead-Free Plumbing Laws).
Our facility operates a continuous, computer-controlled electroplating and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) line. We apply an initial copper layer, followed by a double layer of nickel (minimum thickness of 12 microns total) and a micro-porous chrome layer (0.3 microns). For premium projects, we apply PVD color coatings (such as matte black, champagne gold, or gunmetal). Every batch of product must pass a 240-hour Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) test and cross-cut adhesion tests, guaranteeing no plating peeling, blistering, or corrosion for over 5 years under normal kitchen conditions.
We offer comprehensive ODM services, including customized spout geometries, logo etching, custom handle designs, and dual-function aerator integrations. In terms of packaging, we provide tailored solutions from generic corrugated boxes to high-end retail packaging complete with high-density EPE foam protections, customized instruction manuals, and branded PTFE seal tape, which we produce in-house to reduce supply chain delays.
Fujian Unik implements a 100% inspection protocol. Prior to electroplating, casted faucet bodies are checked for structural integrity via dry-air pressure testing. Post-assembly, 100% of units are tested for leaks using both air pressure (0.8 MPa) and water pressure (up to 1.2 MPa). Additionally, our quality control lab conducts lifespan testing on ceramic cartridges, verifying they can sustain at least 500,000 opening and closing cycles without leakage.
We provide innovative solutions for sustainable progress. Our professional engineering team works to increase productivity and cost effectiveness in the global market.
